I create blog & ask my friend (via mail) to visit it & ask him to click on the ads & forward tis to all friend

is this a unsolicited mass emails
is there is any illegal approch of marketing
how can that catch if i approach by mail
how can i rectify my mistake

Most ad agreements will have a disclaimer that you agree NOT to drive traffic to your site to click ads. This is a form of coercion and could cause you to lose any earnings as they would be forfeited.
Your friends if they live in a local area will show up on any activity map. Check out the map option in a tracking site management like SEDO.com. You can see markers for every "ad clicker" so your friends, if they live in same area/state would cause a "cloud" of activity in a small area. Easily tracked. Build up traffic the free hard way or otherwise pay for it. Works out better in the end.
