I'm getting a lot of spam. is there a way to transfer my old E-mail to a new one?

can I transfer all the contents of an old E-mail to a new one without having to forward it all?

as far as i know, theres no way aside from changing your email on file with the sites or places you wish to receive email from. Its not like mail in real life where you have a forwarding address
