Am I transgender?

I'm not quite sure, as in, I don't want to come out to my parents and then be like "LOL JKJK"

My feelings say that my current female form isn't really right for me, but if I came out I'm sure my parents would freak. I almost never do anything stereotypical of females, like go to the mall or talk on the phone. Even on those e-mail forwards that have a quiz on "what your true gender is", I always end up with some score like 23 male traits and 3 female ones. I've started up a journal for myself which is a nice way for me to release emotions, but taking the extra step out of hiding might be better for me.

Or maybe it's just silly penis envy. The world will never know.

We can't answer this question for you, only you know the answer. I'm not being obnoxious either because I've been there, done that (transitioned). I would highly suggest you speak with a GENDER therapist. They can help you sort things out. A list can be found here:

I think the term is transexual. Transgendered if I'm not mistaken is someone who is in the process or has completed surgical gender reassignment. If I'm wrong, I'm sorry. You are who you are. If you feel the time is right and you want to talk to them about it, then do it. If you're still trying to figure it out you can tell them that too, or you can continue trying to figure it out. When and if you come out is completely up to you.

there is so much hype about transgendered and such nowadays , so many people believe they are transgendered . online tests are not an indicator most are just for fun and easily manipulated . sorry if you have to ask if your transsexual , your not it doesnt get any easier than that . enjoy being a girl hon

yes warrior that is not correct.. transsexuals are the ones who get surgery and take hormones. transgendered generally are crossdressers and butch/tg butch, but sometimes they take hormones and have some surgeries.
