How do I forward all my mails/letter from New york to Texas ?

how do I forward mails from my apartment in new york to my new place in texas . ? I am living with my uncle in texas right now , but I am moving to my own room in about 3-4 days. How do I transfer mails and letters from New york to my new room ?

Who do i call for this ? People say post office . But isn't there many post offices around , USPS, FED EX, UPS. aren't all these post offices or am I stupid ?

You need to file a change of address with the post office either online (USPS.gov or see link below for the specific page) or at the post office that delivers your mail (where you would pick up a package). Anyone who is important--credit cards etc. should be notified individually. They us ually have a form on the back of your bill. They will not forward magazines so you need to notify them individually.
