How do I file a complaint against the Church of Scientology?

Well over a decade ago, I took a class at a Scientology center. Ever since then I've received mail from them and I always mark it as "return to sender". Keep in mind, that I've moved to a different state, changed addresses many times, even changed my last name a couple of times, but still, they keep finding me and sending me mail. Most recently I closed down a PO box that I had been using for years, and left no forwarding address thinking that I would now finally get them to leave me alone. I was so WRONG.

Somehow, they've found my cell phone and home phone numbers, and they keep calling me. Each time I tell them to remove me from their data base and stop contacting me in any way shape or form. Still they keep bugging me. AND they're getting ruder.

How do I get rid of them? For a non-profit, they sure do mis-allocate their funds to track down people like me.

a complain either make them more stronger and more persistence. (every obstacles are tests of faith to them).
i suggest you be strong and keep you cool in what ever matter. face you enemies and be nice.

i use to receive many new-letters and calls from churches and some companies, i just let them be.
well, ironically, i respected their weird behaviour.
now, i suppose they got the message that I'm not any cracking nut and no more calls from them anymore.

keep you cool, mdm, keep you cool.

I would contact the police. This is getting out of hand, and really, really creepy. This is borderline stalking, and you need to stop it before something disasterous happens...

That is just creapy.

Fake your death.

I don't know of a sure-fire way to get them to leave you alone, but the following are worth a try:

- File a complaint with the Postal Service (check at usps.com for particulars)

- File a complaint with the phone company (check in the phone book for details)

- File a complaint with your cell phone carrier

- Consult a lawyer to see if you have any options for filing a claim against them for stalking and/or harassment. See if you can find someone who does free consultations so you won't have to spend huge amounts of money to learn what your options are.

- Do some checking around and see if there's anything like a "Scientology Survivors Support Group" in your area. They might have some ideas for you. Good luck!
