I was overcharging my credit card with paypal and ebay.. ?

and now Paypal have closed my account and blocked about 30 transactions. They havent been cancelled, just put on hold
until I can send Paypal some papers and proof of my address.

This is apparantly to prevent identidy fraud. They thought
someone else might have been using my name there.

The problem is, I have to wait a few days before my mail arrives which I can then forward to paypal, and alot of ebay sellers are getting pissed because of no payment yet. Some of them are willing to wait until I sort this out, but others are saying no sorry cant wait.

So my questions are,

if the sellers are not required to wait until I can unlock the payment, and they sell the items that my payments are already
pending for..

can I then ask Paypal to add those payments to my paypal account funds instead ?

or will they just automatically let all payments go through, and the sellers that dont have an item to send me anymore, are required to refund my payment to my account ?

or by any chance do they have the right to cancel the credit card transactions and
return the money to my credit card ?

Which I dont want as I have already been billed for the card. Thanks for any help.

Call them to be sure, and check your account.

Some of the emails are phishing schemes from scammers.

Another example of why I won't touch Ebay with a 10 foot pole.
