Asking Japan host family questions on the telephone?

Hi, I'm thinking about calling my host family this afternoon who lives in Okayama. I'm on the YFU AO program, but the problem is that I only know one year of Japanese taught at high school so what I want to tell my host family, I haven't learn it. All the translator site translate into kanji, which I have not yet learn. Please, can anyone help translate my sentences into Japanese romanji or only in hiragana and/or katakana? Thank you!

1. I am your YFU exchange student from America.

2. My japanese is not strong. ( Do I use heta or nigate?)

3. I look forward to meeting you.

4. Do you have an e-mail?

1. watashi wa anata no ie de osewa ni naru YFU no amerikajin koukan ryuugakusei desu.

2. watashi wa nihongo ga mada jouzu de wa arimasen.

3. aeruno wo tanoshimi ni shite imasu.

4. e-mail adoresu wa arimasu ka?

about your phone call
1:00 pm (LA) = 5:00am (TOKYO)

you better call...
after 6:00 pm (LA time, 10:00 am in TOKYO)
or
4:00~5:30 am (LA time, 8:00~9:30 pm in TOKYO)

Before you call make sure you call during the day in their timezone. It's not a good way to start off by calling someone while they're trying to sleep. However, preparing these answers might not help you if they do pick up their phone. This sounds like a message you plan to leave them and it doesn't sound like you're actually preparing for speaking *to* them if someone does pick up. Be prepared for them to speak at a natural (quick) level. If you've only had one year they're probably going to say a lot of things you don't understand and it's going to be hard for them to explain on the phone. If you know their address it might be better to send them a letter unless you want to end up saying, "sumimasen, wakarimasen..." or "mou ichido itte kudasaimasen ka?" a lot.

Amerika kara YFU no koukangakusei desu.

Nihongo ga jouzudewa arimasen / Nihongo ga heta desu.

Aeru koto o tanoshimi ni shiteimasu.

E-meeru ga arimasu ka?
