Can anyone explain to me why the yahoo message I send to myself on yahoo will not go thru to my yahoo box?

About a year ago, to the best of my memory, I could send a forward to myself, clean it up, either by editing or removing the other e-mail addresses, change the text or whatever, and it would come straight away! NOW, I cannot send myself
ANYTHING at all from my own yahoo address.
Any real ideas or solutions are most welcomed, goofy answers are not so much!

Two possibilities Susie.

Your own address should be entered into your address book----this prevents emails from yourself, going into your bulk/spam folder. I assume you've already checked that folder to see if that's where they're going ??

Most likely, your address has been accidentally blocked. Yeah---I know---that sounds silly, but it happens quite frequently.
Check your blocked list.
Mail page>>options (top right)>>block addresses. IF you find your address on the list---click on it---click "remove block".
