How do I cancel my stamps.com subscription? |
Ok I signed up today because of a stupid freeps3 thing and completed Stamps.com offer and later after searching the web I have found millions of complaint about that website, I tryied to contact them to cancel and they only speak on mon-fri 7am-6pm (pst), I have to wait til tomorrow and im in fear for they will bill me after trial ends, but its a 4-week trial and i am canceling on 2nd day. I wrote a letter and all i get is this: You have to call 1-888-434-0055 to cancel. There is no way via the internet. I called them today and it took only 3 seconds and a guy picked up (indian accent) and told me how may I help you sir. I think his name was Brian. Well anyways i tell him i want to cancel my subscription and he was silent for a minute. then<-----continue on next comment Report It then he told me i just signed up just yesterday for a 4-week free trial period, I told him yea i feal i dont really need the service anymore and I'd use the post office anyday. He asked for username and passcode. then he told me<--continue on next comment Report It ur account has been canceled and you've been emailed ur cancelation description.
