Is there a Mail programme that allows message to be withdrawn and also prevent forwarding of mail?

I have heard that there are E mail programmes that allow a message to be withdrawn. Also sender can specify if the message can be forwarded. Also sender can prevent the message to be printed. Is there any such programme with all these features.

Oullook 2007 does that. Mail forwarding protection is call called information rights managment IRM. It will not allow you to recall a message that has been read. Too late I guess. Email me if you have trouble with it.

To recall a message open it in your outbox, choose options and recall.

You need a digital certificate to prevent email forwarding.

Hi this is Barbara C. and I find the same thing happening to me sometimes so I have learned how to block messages and the subsidiaries to the cite as u know all cites have other Co's that go together for marketing purpOSes. If you go into your mail main page or even in the bulk mail they have a blocked section on the bottom. Also you can go into the section of your e-mail server that can control what cites you like or don't like-it will give you the option to do quite a few things that might help.Also go to the help section of your os that will give you more options. Hope this helps with your situation a little bit.
