How do i delete part of a mail before forwarding, but it does not show on my reply page, but it does show up?

I may be wrong Rosa----but I believe you're trying to say that you can't see the copy in the forward screen---- so you can edit that copy before sending it.
If so, you just need to adjust the "forwarding" setting.

Mail page>>click options (top right)>>scroll to and click on "general preferences".
Now, go down to *Message Actions* and next to "forwarding emails", check the button by---"forward as inline text"-----then click "save" at bottom of page.

Now----back to the mail.
You can only edit (or delete) portions of the original, ----AFTER--- clicking on forward.
After adjusting the setting, you will be able to see the message in the forward window. Just highlight what you want to delete and press the delete key on your KEYBOARD, and it's deleted immediately. Then send as usual----the changes will be reflected on the outgoing mail AND in your "sent" folder.

Click "forward" first then highlight the parts of the email you want to remove then right click and delete.
