Help me as how to forward Emails with attachments using Yahoo All New mail, as attachments did not reach.?

Can anyone help me as how to forward E mails with attachments under Yahoo All NewMail. When I forwarded the mail to my wife which has attachments, she did not receive the attachments. She received only the mail text without attachments.

Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. Suggested cures range from Update Adobe Flash Player and Javascript to clear IE7 cache, cookies, and browsing history. Different things seem to work for different people. It's causing attachments to not show, 999 errors where it won't let you do a particular action and some people cannot send receive delete or move mail. It's not just Vista either it's happening to some of us on XP. I want to know too. Plus why are all of my emails to me have an attachment. I don't want them to auto as attachment.
I would like it off as I have pals that never get my forwarded mail. and in trying to get rid of pages of address of people I don't know off of my E-mail
