Why can't I forward e-mail to my friends, mailer daemon won't let me.?

Their account could be full if there is a limit. Could just be a glitch.Yahoo, AOL, Hotmail and several others were having problems. People were not able to get each other鈥檚 emails. Yahoo and Explorer are having problems right now. If you have Vista it is also having problems with Explorer. I do not know what the problem is and who is responsible but it is very annoying.
