How do i delete addresses before fwding on the updated mail classic?

i can only delete the address of the person who forwarded to me. the addresses of those before who forwarded is encased and will not delete. i sure would like to have th original mail classic back.

ok,once more. i'm not using new mail or mail beta. i'm on the updated version of mail classic. one of the minor changes you speak of is not being able to delete addresses before fwding. there is no drop down on the fwd button to select "as inline text". when i click on fwd and highlight what i want to delete, it will only delete the person who sent it to me. if there are more addresses that are encased, they don't even show up in the letter window. therefore they can't be highlighted and spaced out.

Yes you can backspace them out. Why does Yahoo make everything so difficult in the New Mail ??

You may find a few minor (altho unpopular) changes to the Classic Mail page. Yeah----Yahoo is causing waves again--heaven help us all.

Hello friends, I really appreciate the help you gave me, but none of it works with the problem I'm having. It would work with the original mail classic but not the updated mail classic. I had no problems deleting addresses with the original mail classic. But, thanks again for the help. Deadeye Report It

I have had that problem with a different email service and I set the curser, mouse , behind the name and then click on the backspace and it will delete them that way. I gave you the yahoo site above as I just checked my email page and the option to switch back to classic has disappeared.
