Login-displays "Redirecting to new URL" then I get "Done, but errors on page"?

I "opt'd out" to Classic mail. E-mails are blank; cannot mark spam, delete, reply, forward or compose only "Done, but with errors on page." Time Warner states it's a Internet Explorer 7 problem. Cannot reach IT at Microsoft & Vista doesn't allow me be reload IE7!! I'm FROZEN IN TIME..it's been 3 days...cannot get this problem resolved!! HELP!!!!!!!

If it is an issue with IE7, you'll have to find a way to add IE6 and make IE7 think it's still running. You'll still be able to use IE7 as well as IE6. Some URL's will not support IE7. I have the same problem when I try to enter my work time using IE7. Another problem could be that you have a virus/bug. You could also try system restore. It will restore your PC back to a point before your issue started.
