My bulk e-mail is not forwarding from my BT Yahoo to my outlook express account, how do i sort it please?

Anything in Bulk stays there, you can only move it to the
in-box then it will forward, but why would you want that
to happen? Bulk is usually spam, if your friends e-mail gets there just click it 'not spam' it will then go to your in-box.

My yahoo email account has an option to choose whether or not you wish bulk mail to be downloaded or not. (This may be different for a BT account)

Log in to your email account on the yahoo web site.

Then go to
Options > Mail Options > POP Access & Forwarding

Look for these options:

When downloading new messages:
I don't want to receive any messages that SpamGuard thinks are spam
I want to receive all messages, including those that SpamGuard thinks are spam
For messages that SpamGuard thinks are spam, add [Bulk] as a prefix to the subject
