When I access my AOL acct, I can't seem to forward any mail that I receive?

I just switched to UServe and have to access aol from Yahoo. I get aol, but there is no way I can forward or reply, could it be that a wire is not connected?

This seems to be a glitch in Yahoo at the moment, no doubt they are working on this. It is one of many problems and the answers seem to be different for everyone.
