Web-based third party email forwarding service?

I migrated email accounts and want to have stray emails from my old account forwarded to my new one. Unfortunately my old account does not have forwarding services and my new account does not have a collection service (like gmail does). Is there any web-based service (preferably free) that I can have collect mail through imap or pop3 from one mailbox and forward it on to my new mailbox?

If you're in Germany I'd recommend web.de

They have a very good collection and forward functionality and it's free.

But I think they do have some strange way of checking that you exist as a real person. May be this works only in Germany. But give them a try.
