Fastest option for getting a no spam or less spam e-mail account?

I used to experience happier e-mail times until I stumbled on some site that really had it in for me. They have multiplied the usual amount of spam I get by about 75%.

This places about 20 spams daily in my main inbox and in my bulk. In my opinion the spams not welcomed in either.

I want a no nonsense approach to use. I do not believe in wasting my time with declaring this or that spam nor do I want to be endlessly entering rogue e-mail addresses to some lame duck security filter.

I would rather take all of my yahoo business and transfer it to perhaps the likes of Gmail. This would include my small business website and my personal e-mail accounts as Yahoo has demonstrated a hands off approach to this.

I want to forward the wanted e-mails to my new address.
