Love a girl!..but shes avoiding me.....and i cant tell her how i feel...Help..?

I went to the birmingham city council neighbourhood office for advice a few times and i saw this nice girl there but i never got the chance to speak to her.

I tried going again a few times but never succeeded in meeting her. I found ways and found out her e mail address through a family friend and I e mailed her to tell her how i feel and i wish to be her friend, but she didnt reply and because the e mail is checked by a person for spam the e mail was forwarded to the manager and i was given a warning by the e mail delivery manager.

And I dont think she even knows iv tried to contact her,even if she did may be shes avoiding me.

I cant find anyway to get to her and tell her how i feel that and i like her and im in love with her.

what should i do to get my message to her without hurting her feelings,I just want her to know how i feel, and may be do it in a way that she stops avoiding me, if she is, and in a way she doesnt think im a jerk.

she doesnt even know who i am. But I started to like her when i saw her a few times and i want to be her freind. but i cant get to her because theres no place i can see her.

when shes at work theres people around her and you cant ask to see a person. you just get called randomly and thats your luck who interviews you. and i can never get to her when i try.

It seems you barely even know her, you don't love her. Don't waste too much time worrying about this one girl when you don't even know how you feel about her.

think of it from her point of view, you may be coming across as a bit weird! especially considering you've never even spoken to her, yet you say your in love with her. it could scare her just a little bit! xx

Honestly i dont think you love her yet dont rush things but i think you are attracted to her, but if you really do like her then dont give up because whats meant to be will always find its way.
