Why can't I compose, forward, delete e-mails?

I can get to my mail page, receive e-mails, and view them in the box only. When I click "New", "Reply", "Forward", "Delete", etc. it does nothing. What is wrong?

That's the "New Mail" upgrade for ya-----If you want a working system, just come on back to Classic Mail.
