How Do I Find a Dead Beat Dad?

I've already searched Yahoo answers for help and have already tried everything suggested. I filed for child support but since he never puts anything in his name and he works under the table, their locate program is useless. I can't use any online tools because he only lives with roommates so he doesn't need to put anything in his name... everything I've found so far has my house as his current address (and he hasn't lived here for 3 years). He doesn't drive, so buying a car won't trigger a call to the state and he just renewed his license last year. He just got a new job where he had to file W-2s but used his old address. He doesn't forward his mail. I don't know what else to do short of stalking him or trying to get him fired from his job. So aside from government help, and online searches, what else can I possibly do that won't get me arrested?

my ex was the same way.. I filed the court papers to the last known address... and to the parents address told the court that I sent the papers to both addresses then proceeded with the court hearings with out him.. and yes he was ticked when he finally got the papers from the court date that he was ordered to pay almost 200 a week.... now 2 years later he shows up to court when he's suppose too and I know how to get a hold of him when I need too..

If child support were doing their job right they could find him. Any time he uses his SS # they can trace it. Or drivers license #. Id also try talking to friends that might know him.

Looks like you will have to work your own way. Why did you divorce him in the first place ?
