Power Tech contacts or motor help?

I've gone to their website, tried the numbers--no one seems to know anything about the toys. The email address returns inquiries as "junk mail" and some of the numbers listed as dealers are lawyers.
I just need to buy a replacement motor/gearbox as when any child sits on the toy(Motorized GoKart) and tries to go forward, there is a grinding sound and it doesn't move. Reverse works fine, but not the two forward gears.
Any help with the company or motor would be appreciated.

this is a common problem. go to bubbasscooters.com and see if they have your model. They do fix this problem in certain models. type "Motorized GoKart repair gears" in your search bar and get answers too. I am not being a smart-alleck either, just realizing many people do not know how to search on the internet. Change that to reapair gears in go cart and such also to get different results. Your answer is on the net believe that.
