GUYS HELLPP -- should I email him and tell him I wanna meet in real life, to tell him i like him?

I really want to tell him i like him, and i think he likes me. (evidence below..) but since the extra-curricular activity ended, i dont see him that often. should I email him and tell him I want to talk to him in person?


he always compliments me, is nice to me, etc. when I was sick he kept asking me of I was okay and capable of doing these practices. we also have a lot of small talk.. but he still seems nervous around me. like he will sometimes stutter or look down if i compliment him/congratulate him. (only does this for me.)
then i mailed him.... he seemed sort of like... really short answers and didnt reply back to my reply...
when i saw him , i think he was looking at me, then when i came closer he looked at the wall. then at practice he asked me how I was doing (didnt ask anyone else) and sort of smiled, then looked down after the converstation ended?
in hallways, he never says hi to me or looks at me. he usually turns his head or will look forward.. but he looks extremely sad

i want to email him saying we need to meet up so THEN i can tell him how i feel...
lol....

You only lose a few moments of your time for trying, you need to reach out to him and at least renew the friendship if nothing else

do real person! i dated a girl for a year and a half, 70% of the time we talked on IM or what ever and it was the worst relationship you could imagine. it was empty and pointless, dont take that road. as far as im concerned computers and relationships are the worst possible combinations possible. and that girl ended up breakin up with me through IM out of the blue. that shows how the lack of communication from both no facial expression, kissing, hand holding that comps take away.

There are two options:

1.) He doesn't make eye contact or talk to you because he doesn't want to lead you on, he is hoping that by doing so you would not be interested.

2.) He's shy or playing hard to get.
