i've read from a forwarded e-mail of a friend, but i still need more proof about it? i mean how healthy it is?

There is no health benefit. The "nutritional value" that semen has it is so small that there is no health benefit.

It will not make their breasts bigger or skin smoother or brighter or anything like that.
