When I click " reply" inYahoo mail the message I recieved does not show. How do I fix it? Forward, the messag

When I click forward the message is displaded, but when I click reply the message box is blank. It doesn't matter if I select reply to sender or reply to everyone.. I'm on mail clasic, would it help if I went to new mail? I've tried several suggestions as far as reconfiguring my computer settings, Java script .. third party access Deleting previous browsing history etc. and on& on.. Nothing helps,, I've tried everything in yahoo mail options that might help but nothing works. Please help. Not only that but I can't cut and paste in the forward mode either.

On your mail page>>click on "options">>then scroll to and click on "general preferences".
Now go down to *Message Actions* and next to "replying", check the button by ---"include PART of original message"----then click "save" at bottom of page.

{if you choose FULL message--I believe that will include the pages and pages of headers}
You could try it tho----you can always change it later.
