How do I select multiple names from my contact list to send or forward an e-mail?

Well it depends on what email your using AIM,YAHOO etc. I don't know how to on yahoo because I don't use yahoo mail, but I do on AIM mail all you do is click on there 'name' and that's all it will be added to your mailing list. it's very simple!

With the message window open, click on "To" to open your address book which is set up only for emailing.
Check the boxes next to the contacts you wish to send to, go to the top of the list and click "Insert Checked Contacts." The addresses you selected will be in the "TO" field and the address book will close.
