Friend's e.mails often show many e.mail addresses . How, if I want to forward them can i delete these?

Just highlight all the addresses you don't want on the email and delete them.
This has to be done in the 'forwarded' email and not the original.

Click on forward and then delete the addresses shown on the forwarded message.
