I can't delete/forward/spam/move any of my mail?

Temporary Suspended Account. Everyone has different unusual activity in Yahoo Mail. Some is multiple tries of logging
on with wrong password. Some is sending or receiving a multitude of email messages
which Yahoo considers un-normal for that particular account. Another is types of files
which may be ladden with dangerous script or code in them. Others are sending huge
video and picture files that exceed normal Banwidth usage in Yahoo`s eyes.
Did you know? You can`t Send or Receive or Move messages during this time. Which
includes Delete/Compose/Forward/Reply/Move to/Etc.
