I can not send or forward mails please what do i do its been on for 3 days now..?

I can open and read my mails but when i go to compose to reply or forward any mail i can not.The place to type is not available and the send and forward buttons are not responding.I get a message under saying done but error on page.

Clear your browsers cashe.

In Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, under Browsing history, click Delete.
Click Delete files, and then click Yes.
Click Close, and then click OK.
