How come I don't receive her mail?

My friend has been sending me email for years. For about 1 month now I don't get it. She sends it to my husband's computer and he forwards it to me. She has my address right. Is it something in my bulk mail that could be set wrong? thank you

Make sure she is in your contacts and if she wasn't then that was the problem. Make sure parental controls aren't on because if they were then that would block the people that your "parents" did not accept. Look in bulk or spam to see if her messages are getting sent to there. If they are then press on the message she sent you and press "Not Spam" or "Not Bulk." Hope this has solved your problem :)

Her address has probably been accidentally placed on your blocked list. Go there and check it out and unblock her if that's what has happened.

Mail page>>click "options" (top right)>>click "block addresses. Find her address on the list---click on it---click "remove block", and you will get her mail again.
