My previous yahoo mail account : nhungtenkhungbo@yahoo.com. I've lost my password and evvey info . I want it !

I have reently recieved a very important infomation from my company but i've lost my password.The problem is serious, when making that account I used thi registration info that I can't remember and also have no optionnal mail.I just can't remember and I need your help ! Now I know how important it is to fill in the correct Info and ofcourse an optional maill account.I hope it won't be erase or anything like that. I'm looking forward to recieving a good news as soon as possible.
