IMy yahoo mail box won't open?

For some weeks I have been unable to reply or forward emails from my Yahoo account. I did everything I was told by the yahoo team. I deleted all cookies, emptied the cache and changed from Internet Explorer to Mozilla. It didn't work. Now I can't open my mail box and can't read incoming mail. I have had to open a gmail account. Well, the very 1st thing u should have done was to switch back to the regular y!mail & download their toolbar. AND there is absolutely no rhyme or reason to switch from IE to Mozilla. Chances are that the problem isn't yahoo!, or even your computer(at the start of you're mail prob), but in your internet prov. Now I would say ...Go to your internet prov. & put your comp. into the shop so people who know what they are can fix what u did to it. (my apologies, I'm not trying to be mean/sarcastic)
