"Error on Page" No Functionality in New Yahoo Mail?

I cannot do anything in the new version of Yahoo Mail except read email via the preview pane. I cannot compose a new message, select help, delete, respond, forward, check other folders --- nothing. I am unable to switch back to Classic Mail. Please advise.

I attempted several of the solutions suggested in the link provided, although none of them have worked.
