Current pronlems with yahoo mail services?

I am currently cannot open my email it prompted by Error 5
But it鈥檚 started with problems of replying and forwarding.
I have few accounts only one is inaccessible now.
I had sent feedback and filed forms online but have no response.
It鈥檚 a shame that no telephone contact for the Yahoo customer support available.
Is it possible to redirect emails to a different account fro a troubled one?
May be some in Yahoo answers can provide a telephone?

I'm not sure that it do with my PC.i.e cleaning cache etc....
because from any other PC I couldn't open my email

That particular account might have an Offline Mail Server. Try this. Access your Yahoo mailbox via http://wap.oa.yahoo.com/. Also try a Phone or outlook to get your messages. They are different servers as well.

Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. If you look you will find lots of people cannot send/receive/delete mail at the moment. I was advised to uninstall Javascript and then reinstall the latest version. This worked for me. If it does not for you then apparently it's only in the all new version. Your system may only need simple maintenance to clear Error 5. Try these basic items for Internet Explorer, especially 1. & 2.

___1. On Internet Explorer (IE) menu click 'Tools', click 'Internet Options', click 'General' tab, at 'Browsing history' click 'delete' temporary files, click 'OK' to exit. Repeat periodically. With email or internet usage weekly or monthly temporary file deletion is recommended.

___2. Increase the browser disk space allotment. On the menu again click 'Tools', click 'Internet Options', click 'General' tab, scroll to browsing history, set 'Disk space usage' at 250MB or 500MB, click 'OK' to finish.

___3. If you're using XP some systems did not ship with Java. For XP and VISTA and MAC download and install the latest version at http://www.java.com/

___4. Many Yahoo! advertisements are Flash Player oriented and you may need to install the newest version, XP and VISTA and MAC http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer
