I have a pen-pal who won't leave me alone, she keeps calling, e-mailing, now she has a myspace? |
we wrote to each other for about a year, but then i told all my pen-pals that i had to quit writing to them. So what does she do? she calls me ( i was stupid enough to give her my phone #). about once every other week at around 10/11 PM at night ( i never answer the phone, this girl is weird). not to mention she sends me forwards in e-mails. and now i check my messages on myspace and there she is. i was thinking about deleting her message and blocking her. but then she'll try calling me again. keep doing what u doing & she will go away. answer the phone like you are your mom and yell at her telling her you got sent to juvenille detention for drugs or something. ooh! you got yerself a stalker! just ignore her, block her, etc. do what you need to do & don't have any more contact, of any kind, w/her. Simple solution to the problem, change your phone number, and block her. And learn from your mistakes by not doing it again. Some people just don't "get it". You can block her on my space and ask your parents if you have the option to block calls on your home phone. If you do you can block it, if not just check caller ID and if it is her let the machine get it. If she keeps it up you can always take out a restraining order with the police. Then if she violates the restraining order she will be arrested! If you have call block on your phone, you can block her #. You can also block her emails and posts on myspace. She should get the message.You can also change your settings on myspace to approve posts and delete her as a friend if she is on your list. You could also send her one last email telling her you are not dealing with pen pals anymore and donot want anymore phone calls either. This girl doesn't take a hint very easily it appears ,so be firm without being mean. Just try to let her know gently that your are a little too busy to answer her phone calls and emails,hopefully this chick will get the message and move on.Because if she calling you and emailing you like this,this girl is really lonely and has no other friends,but if she doesn't stop with the calls and myspace messages,you might have to take drastic measures and block her number(or change it) and block her on myspace as well. oh man that sounds crazy! just keep ignoring her... she is human and will eventually get the hint... haha |
