I had a great idea, they loved it. Now What? |
I had a well thought out idea, a business propsal if you will. I put much effort into writing out all the details and submitted the idea to the company around which the idea was based. Six weeks later they e-mailed me. They loved it, forwarding to their marketing department, will contact me as soon as possible. It's been seven weeks, haven't heard a thing. Do I pester them, submit to a similar company, or give up on the idea? It was a really great plan, I don't want to give up on it. I'd follow up with them. Show them your serious and you want it to really happen. I dont what kind of business you submitted to but chances are they're pretty busy so go on and pester. If I were you I would give them follow-up calls to see what is going on...you can't just let it go like that. That way you can give yourself an idea of what's happening and what to expect. |
