Anyone else hate getting forwards.......?

That tell you to send it to send to ___ many people in ___ minutes to get good luck or ___ you fill in the blanks...!? I really don't see the point of them other than to fill up your mailbox! Do people really believe that they will get whatever the e-mail is saying!?!
