Is there a way to automatically insert a signature into e-mails going to a certain distribution list in Outl.?

I know how to auto add a signature to New messages and also Replies and Forwards, but how about ones going to a specific distribution list that I created? I looked through Rules, but didn't find it there either.

Outlook only allows a user to have 1 signature.

I'm guessing you want to put a different signature on the messages that are sent to a specific distrib list?

The only thing you can do is manually add the specific signature block to the message, or change your auto signature block.
