Does any one know any Non-profit event venues in South Bay?

I am palnning to organise a non-profit meet in soth bay area - san jose, mountain, Santa Clara....Wud anybody be able to suggest me a place for it.

Would you know how to go about asking google for a conference room for same purpose?

Ask among the people who are going to meet if any of them have family or friends working at a large corporation or large government office or even a university department with meeting rooms, and if they would be willing to approach their employers about donating the use of such a room for the day.

Also call the local United Way in San Jose and ask them if they know of a place to hold a meeting. You will need to know the number of people.
