In your eyes, who has been the best coach, GM and team this year?

Well in my opinion the best coach has been Big Bruce, probably one of the better stories this season.

GM.. hmm, i always love Burkie.. so probably him. He kept his team strong, and even though he had to let go of McDonald, he didn't do anything big to shatter the teams dressing room or chemistry.

Best team? Easily San Jose.

some people say "oh montreal is the best" WELL YOUR WRONG! HA! because Montreal didn't have a great start, until after the AS break, i wouldnt have gone as far to say the habs will win the conference, or division, i actually thought they would be fighting for a playoff spot right now. But i do think San jose was pretty good this whole season. They did have one streaky patch in they're season, but who didnt?

oh one more.. who was the best rookie?

in my opinion it was Chris Bourque (WHO?)

jkjk, i would easily, hands down, no decision choose Carey Price.

Not only did price come into a relativly tough market, but he also got the starting goaltender job thrown at him and he took it and he is winning. He has a great record since Huet left and he is a big part of Montreals success.

Best Team: Detroit - President's Cups don't lie

Best GM: Brian Burke - THN says so!

Best Coach: former Chicago Black Hawk Bruce Boudreau - you can't ignore what he's done...............taking over a team in 30th place overall, and tomorrow, a win or OT loss at home sends them into the playoffs with home ice advantage

Best Rookie: Patrick Kane

Carey Price's numbers are pretty bad.............out of the top 20 in GAA and wins.

I agree that San Jose has kicked major butt this season. I hope they make it far in the playoffs.

How is San Jose the best team? That almost sounds like a bandwagoner statement. They did a bit above average for most of the year and then had a good month and a half, giving the Wings some competition for the Presidents Trophy. The Wings are hands down the best team this year. And Montreal isn't good this year IMO, but I am a fan.

Im gonna have to go with 2 cpas on this one. ofcourse Boudreau for coach and Mcphee for GM becuase he got the steal of the year with Huet for a draft pick in the 2009 draft mean HOLY MOFO! best team hmm not sure
rookie i dont kon, i havent really seen Price play that much but he would be my unbiased choice (cause obviously my bias is for backstrom)
