Assassin's Creed Help?

I have Assassin's Creed for Xbox 360. I just finished killing Altair's Master, Al Mualym. Then my character woke up in the present day, and the professor and hs assistant left. I have no idea what to do know. I know that I can use Eagle Vision, and I saw all the coded stuff written in red. I also saw the credits. Then, I went onto the professor's computer and read some emails, and I went into the conference room. I got onto that computer, but the email was too long so I didn't read all of it. What am I supposed to do now? Is the game done?

yeah game over dude. but just know that a sequel is coming sometime in the future.
