my 25 yr step daughter, wive, my wife's best friend, and i all work together....anyways i was caught in the supply room by my step daughter making major sexual passes....i didnt say no..now she is black mailing me to be with her...she is out of control....plays footsy under the conference table, she takes advantage on me under my desk while on the phone with clients, she sends crazy emails on her fanasties, and she is becoming very possesive....her daughter even went as far as to leaving a pair of her panties in my coat pocket, and my wife found them....i told it must have gotten mixed up in the laundry....my wife apologize for that, and she will pay more attention when doing the laundry...now my wives best friend found out and she is making foward passes. if i tell she will tell my wife about everything else...can i press charges at work against her daughter?

show your wife the proof that the step daughter is blackmailing you. That seems to be the only solution.

Well, you should tell your pig of a wife that you will take her underthings, that you gave to your girlfriend back and give them to her if she will get her daughter and best friend to leave you alone.

I would probably inform her mother of the problem and try to settle this in house. If you press for sexual harrassment, she may be able to turn the tables on you, because in essence, it's your word against hers.
