I am suppose to be in a conference room with my group called addicted to scrapping and I don't know how?

the woman in charge is suppose to give me an invite but how do I get to this conference room?

You should have the woman who is in charge on your messenger list. When you see her on line, send her a message and ask her to invite you.
Sometimes when group conferences are going on, the people in charge get busy and do not always see when a member comes on line, so they need a reminder to invite them.
