Dining Establishment for Church Valentine's Banquet...Does Anyone Know of a restaurant with a conference room?

Hello! I'm the pastor of a small church in Kansas City, and I'm looking for a great restaurant to have our Valentine's Banquet at. We need a restaurant that has a conference room that we can reserve, and it needs to sit 40-50 people. We've considered buffets, like Fire Mountain, etc...but I would really like a nice "Valentine's" Day place, if you know what I mean...something not to expensive, but on the other hand, no screaming children. Those are all reasonable and have a separate closed off area that can be reserved.

Golden Corral, conference room, casual dining, guests can have their pick of anything they want to eat and you dont have to wait around for a waitress to take your orders! I should know, I work there!
