Need a recommendation on a decent conference telephone?

The conference phone will be used in a small conference room, about 20' by 10'. Looked at some at the Office Depot website and the prices ranges from $300 to maybe $3,000! Would like to spend no more than $500-$600.
Brand and model number would be helpful.
