Okay, for the conference room.
Okay, so in your drawing the conference room is 14 half-inches long. (2*7). Now, set up a proportion:

3,,,,,, x
(ignore the commas, that was because the computer didn't like it when I put in spaces.
Solve it by cross multiplyin. And then set up similar proportions for the others.

conference room: 10.5 ft.
mail room: 3.45 ft.
copy room: 3.3 ft.
exercise room: 5.625 ft.


multiply the inches of each room by .5, then multiply that answer by 3.

conf 42 ft
Mail room 13.8 ft
copy room 13.2
exercise room- 22.5
divide each number by .5 (1/2) and then multiply by 3

If 1/2" = 3' then 1" = 6'

Conference room, 7 x 6 = 42'
Mail room, 2.3 x 6 = 13.8
Copy room, 2.2 x 6 = 13.2
Exercise room, 3.75 x 6 = 22.5
