Employee that unscrews bolts in table at work -
How disgruntled is an employee that unscrews the bolts in the table of the conference room?
Our conference table collapsed on us during a meeting. Luckily no one was really injured although one woman had it land on her knee.
It was a calculated act as the table grew more and more wobbly with each meeting until it finally collapsed - now they use the "good" half for meetings!
We have suspicision that one of our very passive aggressive employees did this, but have no proof.
Seriously, if you're that unhappy, wouldn't you just quit?
Does anyone have any other examples of disgruntled employees in the workplace?
Thanks in advance! know of a guy that infected his place of work with termites after his boss screwed him over Fortunately we only have extremely gruntled employees where I work. Not many distruntled ones at all. The only act of vandalism was to replace the toilet paper with a coarse grit abrasive paper....no, never mind. That is the normal toilet paper in there. Nothing to report. a lady knew she was getting fired soon b/c of her constant tardiness and rudeness to mgmt so since she was in charge of handling the budget, invoice, expenses, etc. Right before they let her go she decides to shred all documents that have to deal w/ budget & anything else just taking it with her, forcing the entire department to start from scratch. They truly didnt see that one coming!! your a cutie-i let this posting go 3 times already the same basic question-so you brought this out of me-dont post the question unless your willing to take an answer you may not like? =an example for America and England of truth be told=was it a terrorist muslim that did this NO-or think? the answer to who did this is in the following and I use it as an example to bring you to the ultimate truth too-not just about the table but about its ultimate manufacturer of the material.=hopefully those that have determined to destroy all non muslims will not feel comfortable-and those trying to be free of these terrorists in those countries will be comfortable. thinking all the way back to before we got there and the Iraq mass destruction of its own people and its neighbors even as we prepared to go there to help?
to those in the bombings of the Golden Mosque and the Sunni and Shiite contined blowing up of each others mosques and pulling out each others muslim leaders and murdering them in the street? why not cartoons of Mohamed marrying a little 9 year old child at 40 years old-they show others on their way to prison that do such things!
Iraq has had weapons of mass destruction-they used poison gas on their own people-the Kurds in Iraq and slaughtered hundreds of thousands there and in their neighbor country where they burned their oil fields before we forced them to leave. The question today is will we yield to the liberal media and pull out of Iraq and let the terrorists take over for a terrorist muslim base paid for by the oil to terrorize the non muslim infadels for mohamed against the love of Jesus-who says to love your enemies and share the gospel-which is being done right now freely in Iraq-where when it was said that some muslims are terrorsts-they answered we will kill all the Christians in our country unless you take back that statement.

It proclaims one must "become a new creature" by having "spiritually been born of God" and by having "experienced this mighty change in your hearts" to receive the new birth.
there are only two destinies for mankind: eternal happiness or eternal misery. Those who die rejecting Christ receive eternal torment, with no second chance after death. They are "cast into fire, from whence there is no return" and "must go into the place prepared for them, even a lake of fire" Revelation 19-22nd chapters and heavens joy for those born anew is givent here too.

In Salvation there is only one way=Jesus way! any other way added or subtracted is a false way. transportation industry is full of examples. Truck driving, especially over the road stuff is very stressful. The drivers have to deal with being away from home for long periods of time. A month is standard. Then you only get about 2-3 days of home time.
The drivers also have to deal with a lot of other drivers with a road rage attitude, adverse weather conditions, and
deadline to get there load delivered or picked up. Most dispatchers believe that an 18 wheeler has wings like a plane
and set unreasonable delivery times.
Drivers also have to, often, load and unload a lot of heavy stuff. They work 12 -15 hour days, usually. 7 days a week.
Usually don't get to eat at regular times, either.
And, they are paid by the mile. Usually about 30 cents or so
a mile.
A single driver usually drives about 3000 miles a week
I ve heard many stories of unhappy truckers just abandoning the company truck and load wherever they happen to be and walking away. Costs the company $1000s. |
