What should I charge to clean offices?

There are 12 offices complete with bookshelves galore, a large kitchen, a large conference room, and two large bathrooms.

Rates are based upon the type of cleaning project you need help with. On average we charge $25-$35 per hour for our services.

Are they supplying cleaning supplies?

Just charge 10 bucks an hour (if that seems reasonable) and take a long time the first few times you clean. Then, when it's set that you'll get X amount of money, just go fast and collect the same pay you got when you went slow. :)

Sound deadening paints are used on metal to take the pings and rattles out. Unless your boss has metal walls in his conference room I believe he is out of luck.
