I'm looking for a TV commercial?

Office conference room, boss and a couple of emplyees sitting around a table. A guy has an idea, the boss says the same thing, but uses a hand gesture. The first guy says, "I just said that", the boss says," but I said it like this..." insert hand gesture. The other people around the table agree with the boss that he said it better.

I don't remmeber what this was a commercial for or any more specifics.

Does anybody remember this commercial, what it was advertising and where I could find it?
